The nose starts with red cherry fruit leather, saddle leather, and Italian seasoning, (oregano, sage, thyme), with supporting notes of cacao nibs and coffee bean and orange oil. The palate is even tempered and full bodied, wrapped in suave tannins. Flavors include red cherry, redcurrant, red clay, oregano and rosemary, all kept fresh and moving by gentle yet persistent
