vintage brass spittoon equestrian 7 cm Handle Drop 5This is a vintage brass spittoon. It has a removable container for easy washing. This cuspidor was originally used for spitting into especially for users of tobacco and dipping tobacco. In the late 19th century they were a common feature in pubs, brothels, saloons, hotels and stores where men would gather. The piece could easily be repurposed as a planter or vessel for a beautiful floral arrangement. CONDITION In good condition with wear consistent
